I just purchased a Curve on Saturday and this forum has been an excellent resource since I am new to BlackBerrys. Forgive me if this is a basic question but when I send a picture (.bmp), when viewing it the words DEMO appear. I have tried this with a couple different items but same results. What am I missing?

Let me see if I have this correct....you compose a new message on the BB, attach a picture, and send it. When it is opened by the recipent it has the work DEMO across it?

Sorry that I was not clear enough. Let's start from scratch. If I want to send a wall paper from crackberry.com to my phone for use on the main home screen, do I e-mail to my device or download it to my PC and then send it to the BB? I previously downloaded a picture from that site to my PC and sent it using a ringtone/wallpaper software and it showed the word DEMO when I received it on my BB.

Hope this makes sense.

You probably have to pay for the picture if you don't want it to say 'Demo'.

I did look at the picture on my PC, which I thoght I had already done so, and sure enough the was the word DEMO.
