Question MemoPad Sync Issue

Please Login to Remove!

Small synch issue. Desktop manager 4.3.0.17 and 8330(Verizon) synch great for outlook calendar, outlook task and outlook address. Memo pad wonxxx8217;t sync. The configure setup on desktop manager for memopad goes fine until the finish button. Then get the following message: Microsoft Outlook connection error xxx8211; function OpenMsgStore failed.

What do I need to change or modify?

Actually the first I have heard of a MemoPad issue!

Can you look at your sync log and determine anything, any clue?

Nothing shows up in the synch log due to the fact I canxxx8217;t set memo pad up to synch. Here is the sequence from the Desk Top Manager in setting up memo pad to synch. i have uninstalled the desk top manager twice.

Was there an answer to this? I am getting the same error message. Im tryin gto sync with outlook 2007 if that makes a difference.
