Default Can't find BlackBerry Messenger on 8310

Please Login to Remove!

First I apologize if this topic has been covered before, I'm new to the forum.

I have an AT&T 8310 and am trying to find the icon for BlackBerry Messenger. I checked under options-advanced-applications and it shows V 4.2.2 is installed. I checked in Desktop Manager, application loader and it shows up as being there, however, under modules it only shows two of the sixteen as being installed.

I have reloaded the desktop and handheld software and there's no icon to be found. Any suggestions?

mine only shows 2 modules. did you hide the icon by chance? go to the homescreen and hit the menu button, select "Show All"

Wirelessly posted

You have 2 more options, besides "show all":
1) If you don't have "dial from home screen" selected, you can press "n" from the home screen. This is the shortcut key for blackberry messenger;
2) Go to options-->screen/keyboard and assign the left or right convenience key to blackberry messenger and use that key.

Good luck.
