Default Strange email delete options

Please Login to Remove!

I am running OS4.5 but on the weekend, I dropped back into OS4.2.2 and still had the same problems.
Running BIS, I am receiving emails from two personal accounts (Bigpond and Optusnet Australia).

Emails from one account, when I delete, will show (1) Delete Mailbox and Handheld (2)On Handheld and (3) Cancel.
On the other account, it only shows options like SMS - (1) Delete or (2) Cancel. If I select "delete" - it only deletes on the handheld and I can't delete from the Mailbox.

Any suggestions on what is happening? Thanks!

Go to messages, menu key>options>email reconciliation, select the email account in the first line and set "Delete On" to Prompt

Thanks for the prompt reply.
Yep - you were right on the dot with the fix. One account had "prompt" and the other account had "Handheld" on deletion.
And to think I had downgraded to OS4.2.2 and back up to OS4.5 to solve this problem... Oh well - call me a "newbie"
