Question Deleting Cookies

Please Login to Remove!

Someone told me I have to delete cookies on my BB. How do I do this?
They said if I don't delete them my bb will run slow.
they said i will get cookes just from reading email...not just from going on IE. is this true?

you can clear you cookies in browser>options>cache and select clear cookies. as far as email that has been deleted, a battery pull will clear that
