I'm on my 4th phone now, third one this summer, and they all have the same problem, I will be talking for a minute or two and the device powers off on it's own. Like a hard reboot, and takes a few minutes to start up again with no record of the call in my call history. Anyone else have this problem or is AT&T giving me the run around saying I'm the only one???
