Default Yahoo Mail Sync

Please Login to Remove!

The other day my Blackberry got wiped out. I had it connected to Desktop manager and it was asking me for a device pin or code. I tried the unlock code for my BB but that didn't work. After several attempts the phone lit up and said "Wiping" I knew at this point it was erasing data.

My issue now is with my Yahoo email. Before the wipe out, if I deleted an email on my BB it would ask if I want to delete from my Yahoo mailbox, it doesn't do this anymore. Also when I check an email on my Yahoo account, it doesn't update the BB that the email has been read.

What am I missing here? I know it's a setting somewhere but i forgot where.

Thanks!

Go to Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation. Make sure Wireless Reconcile is On. For the Delete On option make sure it is set to Prompt.

Thanks, I'm using my Messages view to check my Yahoo email. I went into Messages=>Options but don't see Email Reconciliation.

Go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table. Highlight one of the tables, press the menu key, then select Register.

Then resend your service books to your device.

Ask your Data Service Provider, or contact RIM.
