Default the DM 4.5 is hanging

Please Login to Remove!

ive been connected to my blackberry 8310 for 1 hour and 15 minutes and the DM 4.5 is saying "please wait while the application loader wizard retrieves and examines your devices current configuration"

any ideas?

I would unplug it and try it again. You might try rebooting the PC and rebooting the BB by removing and replacing the battery.
