I have a curve 8300 and have the Desktop Manager 4.5. and Microsoft office 2007.
I just bought my girlfriend a Pearl 8110, is their anyway to sync just certain things to here phone? She wants all the calender entries but not all of my phone numbers or memos or tasks.
When I pluged her phone in it would not sync, it said the app data was missing.

I recently went through this: synching two different BlackBerry devices. In short, Desktop Manager recognizes each device separately (based on the PIN of each device). When you configure the synching process through Desktop Manager, you can specify which Outlook profile you want each device to. So basically you'll need to set up two different Outlook profiles.
