Unhappy master reset from data lock program?

does anybody know how to reset the bb so that its like brand new? because of data lock.. camera, aim, maps, bluetooth are all still disabled everything i reset and even with reloading the OS. it reads my sim card but still not able to receive incoming calls or do outgoing calls.

so any new ideas with what to do?

welcome to the forums. was this device on a corporate setup before? If so do a search for removing the IT policy or for jl commander.
