2 issues:

1. When I connect to desktop manager, the app loader wants to downgrade DocsToGo and Empower; what do I need to move/delete on the PC to stop this? I’ve looked but can’t find any Empower files etc.

2. Also, on app loader there are a number of programs listed that I’ve since removed from my BB that I’d like to remove as options in the app loader; and there’s some duplicates of existing programs. How can I clean this up?

I have tested this and it works.

As for the other apps you don’t want in app loader, have you cleaned out the Loader folder?

I didn't read that link at all, but the easy solution is to rename docstogo.alx to docstogo.old or move it to a different folder. This will stop it from being downgraded.
