As previously pointed out, the 8320 is intended for the T-Mobile network and it's UMA feature will not work on AT&T. AT&T has an almost identical device called the 8310 - it's only big difference is added gps but no wi-fi.

Technically that's not true. Verizon IS CDMA, but will issue sim cards to subscribers under certain circumstances (although they will always be roaming).
