Please Login to Remove!

my blackberry curve 8320 is only blinking a red light desktop manager will not find it .. and jl cmder will not wipe it at all and also going into the command prompt and doing a non jvm version of the app loader will not detect my bb eathier please help!

Keep trying, and with patience. Jl_cmder should work to save it.

I have seen it take 20 tries before connecting.

Try it also with the battery removed.

my computer tells me it is an unsupported usb device also ... and with battery out i have just a blinking red light on the face of it, and jl_cmder seems to still not be finding it because i have tryed well over 20 times and still nothing :(

If the computer recognizes it, so should Jl_cmder. Are you following the instructions for JL_cmder in our FAQ here?

yea i am ... that is what is making my wonder what is going on ... i tryed it with and with out device manger .. i did not have desktop manager going at any point im just really stumped ...

it finaly responded to device manger afterabout 3+ hours of rebooting computer many times and trying many things....
