I was not aware that "Video Recording" was ever available for 4.3, but seeing how several of you say you have have it; can you then answer the OP's question.

How do you access it in 4.3?

Please note that the people who have video recording have model 8330 BlackBerrys, which run different firmware than the 8310s.

I believe the question has been answered for 8310 BBs - upgrade to 4.5.

In 4.3.0.127, open the Camera app then Menu > Video Camera, or just open the Video Camera app directly.

Do you have 4.3 on your 8310? AFAIK it wasn't ever release for the 8310's.

I had 4.2 originally and upgraded to 4.5; mainly for Docs To go.
