I really don't get it, why would a splash screen that last a few seconds bother anyone? To each is own.....

so now that we got branding fixed, anybody know how i can get a verizon bb with a sim to work on att?

i'm out of hcl, any other ideas?

Hello!! It's simple. Just get a motherboard of an 8830 on ebay and solder it into the 8310. That gives you cdma on AT&T.

Ok, if you are going to use alcohol instead of hcl, you need to add a step. After the water dish, take it (very quickly) to the nearest busy road and make sure it gets run over by at least 4 different cars. Then proceed, using alcohol (100 proof or higher) and you should be good to go.
