Do you mean you can't see the contacts or the contacts icon. If the icon hit the menu key to the left of the track ball and click show all and make sure you didn't hide it.

That's weird. Go to the address book option and select "filter." Make sure you aren't filtering any results.

Do you have everything backed up on Outlook and if so try this.

From your home screen, if you try to type in a contact's name, does anything show up there?

Default Cant's see contacts

All,

i just joined for the same problem below with my new BB.

I've synced my BB to Outlook, and Calendar and Tasks came accross OK. It says I have 300+ contacts, but I can't see them in the address book or via the phone. Tried filtering, categories, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

I freaked one day when I had typed in "z" or something to search and I had no one with a Z in their name...I hit backspace, then all the contacts showed back up again.

Not sure if you did this but you need to uncheck everything in filters to disable filtering.
