Default Help!! Error When Loading Ops!

Please Login to Remove!
Everytime i try to load the new ops i get an error message unable to load why???

ops? What is that? Do you mean "OS" (Operating System) or "apps" (applications)?

What is the original one you speak of? Can you please be clearer in what you are doing/needing?
