I have two address's setup on my 8330 and I will soon have both addresses setup on a new notebook under two different profiles in outlook. The question i have is will both address's sync to there corresponding accounts on the notebook.

Not on BIS... personal BIS accounts do not sync or reconcile email and messages to Outlook.

You will need BES for that function.

If BES is "Blackberry Enterprise Server" that is how I am setup for both accounts.

You can have only one BES email account on your device. You can have up to 10 additional BIS accounts however.

Thanks for the clarification.

You may however, just set up a forwarding rule on your 2nd BES email, and have that forward to a different email account that you can setup on BIS. It will not be push, but it may suit your needs.
