Smile Software cd

Please Login to Remove!

I have just bought a blackberry 8300 but I wasn't given the software disk that usually comes with it. I have tried downloading it but it won't work on my computer so is there anyone who can send me the disk that came with their blackberry. Thank you. Please email me at

[email address]

The phone is from the uk so the disk will probably have to have been from there to. I don't know. Thank you all again.

I've never bothered to use the CD that came with my Blackberry and I'm not even sure if I still have it.

The only thing I can think of that you might need is the Desktop Manager and you can download that for free from either the Blackberry website or your carrier's website.

What didn't work? The download or the downloaded installation program? Are you running windows or a different OS on your Computer?

Also, are you sure about that email domain? I've never emailed to "googlemail"

For the desktop manager you must be running XP or higher.
