Default peeps help please!! im getting this error message!!

Please Login to Remove!

Unspecified error encountered [A:0x00000001]

i get that message when i try loading any OS why?? it didn't use to do that why?? I am deleting the vendor file

tmobile is havinng problems right now so be patient.
