Default bbm pin update

Please Login to Remove!

i was wandering if anyone knew why and how to fix this problem i am having. everytime i do a battery pull or soft reset bb messanger says i have switch devices and do i want to update my contacts. when i say yes they all go to the pending PIN update confirmation. is there a setting i am missing just seems like a hassle to do this weekly.

This issue has been fixed in BB OS 4.5.0.69. The Messenger contacts are no longer reset on a device reboot.

But that update is not available yet for the BB8300

thanks for the info. but if i say no to the update i lose all contacts. i have the 8310 and i'm running the newest OS update i believe 4.5.0.81/4.5.0.55. sorry if i'm just missing something, still new to all this.

I have the same problem on my Curve running 4.5.0.55. I wonder if I can take the Messenger program files from 4.5.0.69 and install and it will work?
