| Error with Desktop Manager Please Login to Remove! I have an 8330 Curve, Verizon. I upgraded the OS to 4.5. The curve seemingly works fine. However, when I run the Desktop Manager, if the device is plugged in prior to running the Desktop Manager, the program immediately terminates. On the other hand, if I start the Desktop Manager before I plug in the device, it loads and I can plug in the device and synchronize etc.
I have no recollection of plugging in the device before running the Desktop Manager prior to my upgrade to the OS, so it is entirely possible that the upgrade to the new OS has nothing to do with this situation.
Any suggestions as to how to fix the problem -- other than to ignore it and not start the DM with the device plugged in?
