Default Password Keeper Issue...HELP!

Please Login to Remove!

For no apparent reason, my password on PK no longer works! Did a specific backup for just this app (luckily I had done a backup this morning), but to no avail...

*praying on hands and knees* is there a way to recover a lost password on this app (that anyone is aware of)?

I am afraid that if there was a way to get by the password feature, it would defeat the whole purpose. It is one of the few things that even backing up will not help.

Did you just change devices? If you are one the same one, Mr. Sanders has about the best suggestion. I did have a password keeper problem going from a Suretype device to a full QWERTY device but that was my fault.

Sorry to hear about this problem. This should remind everyone to have another plan for this important info, though it could always be recovered if you knew the password

The good thing is you have a backup.

When you put in the PK password wrong 10 times, it will wipe the PK database. You can then do an advanced restore of the PK database....and try again....10 more times.
