Default Cannot install 3rd party software

Please Login to Remove!

I'm new to BB. Here is my story, I got my 8320 about three days ago, then I found the new OS here and upgraded my desktop and OS to the 4.5, but today I switch to the 4.2 OS which support chinese, I did not change my desktop manager, after this I cannot install any other software. I just kept getting "No Additional Applications Found". I did a little search on google, and confirm that device software on my pc is the same as the one in my phone. Any suggestion on this. Thanks.

What type of OS are you running on your PC and is the BB OS showing up in your Application Loader.

The only other thing I can think of is to make sure you have the correct version of what you want to add to your BB.

Yes just check out where you downloaded or purchased the software from and see what version OS the items are compatible with.
