Hey gang... just now... I cant speed dial or dial from address book... i.e. I would type S for a contact and then place the call... I would get a "call failure"...BUT if I placed the call manually... then I can make the call....

Strange... what is going on??

It's possible that it's just a carrier network issue going on right now. Sometimes removing the battery AND sim card will help.

If you can speed dial some and not others, what might you have changed on the device?

Look at Phone Screen (press the green key) > Menu > View Speed Dial List.

Are they all entered there?

i did not change anything... this is getting frustrating... I just speed dial my buddy and it doesn't work... then I manually entered the number and press "dial" - the green button... its fine....

Arrrrrrrrrr............. is it my BB issue?? or software??

Is the speed dial listed in your list?

Perhaps you (or your buddy does) have a local phone carrier issue, if your speed dial is working for some, and not another.
