Hi, I need to solve this.
Why, when I'm playing wmv on my Blackberry, suddenly it crash and the red light start to blink.

Never heard of that issue. What OS version are you using? I've not heard of OS 4.5.0.65 for the 8320.

Ok, whats now.
I downloaded this update, but now i install it on the pc, but how i can transfer this update to the blackberry!

Is the updating a safe process!
One more thing, my bb is unlock, i can use any update

Did you not install the 4.5.0.10 that's currently on the BB?

Just follow the instructions in the post I sent you to. Yes, you can use the update on ANY 8320, just as the post says.
