Default Space Button Problem

Please Login to Remove!

I just purchased a new Blackberry Curve 8310 BRAND NEW, i tried to send my first SMS, however only the SPACE button wont work, is that a fault or something to do in the settings? Thank You

Sounds like faulty hardware to me. Where did you purchase it?

It was private sale, but it was sealed Brand New.

Yes, i can return it no sweat, thought it might be something in settings that i need to enable or change. Taking it back is the best option?

Yes, you should do that if possible. Ask them to exchange it for another. May I ask where in the world you are located?
