Default No send option in email?

Please Login to Remove!

When responding to an email the only option that comes up is save draft and full menu. Any ideas why "send" is missing?

I have deleting the [desktop] service books and re-add them...still no send!!

Please help!

Sounds like an issue with your BES activation. How are you "readding" them?

Are you sure you're re-adding the correct service books since this indicates you're on BES and BIS?

I'm having the same issue. I have a brand new 8830. We have a BES running on a server 2003 box with Exchange 2003. The only different thing I did was take a backup with the desktop manager software of the users old blackberry then restored it to his new BB after enterprise activation. (I never have this problem when I don't restore any old info). Old BB was an 8703e, new one is an 8830. Whe he tries to reply or forward a message there is no "send" option, only an option to save the draft. I tried deleting Desktop[CMIME], and resending service books from the server but that didn 't seem to help. Anybody got any ideas?

my work email through the BES can send/recieve emails fine

but replying to gmail based personal emails through the BIS does not offer a "send" option after clicking forward or reply

bizzare

Run the enterprise activation again as if he was a new users. If you did a full restore it's possible it could have messed something up with him connecting back to the BES.
