Please Login to Remove!

Is there shortcut button to press to get to the next track without having to go to the menu and then selecting "next?"

If you are using OS 4.5 you can use push and hold the volume keys...

The nice thing about the 4.5 OS option is that you don't even have to be IN the media player in order for it to work. You can control volume and skip forward and back without even looking at the device.

Note: those only work when you are in the music player. If you are in standby mode with music playing only the volume keys work (can't control previous/next tracks).

You can control previous/next tracks if you upgrade to OS 4.5 (as I posted above.)

Default 4.5 Media Player Search Question

While in the (music) media player, prior I could press the first letter of each song while in the music list to jump to a different song. With the latest 4.5 upgrade, I can't. Any thoughts?

Example: I would press "A" and a list for all songs beginning/containing that letter would display.

HI John,

Since upgrading my 8310 with OS 4.5, I've noticed when I press the volume keys (not holding them), it automatically skips to the next song. So, how to I adjust the volume without skipping songs?

Wirelessly posted (BB 11020)

A quick tap of the volume keys increases the volume. If you hold for any amount of time it will skip songs.
