Default HTML emails not consistent with v4.5

Please Login to Remove!

upgraded to 4.5.0.55 today and HTML emails are not consistent. some come in in HTML and others do not. I have a yahoo.com email address and those appear more in HTML then my email address via BES. In fact, my corporate email doesn't show HTML at all.

Any ideas on this inconsistency?

Thank you,

DNS

Only emails sent to you in html format will come in html format.

BES mail won't come html until your BES is upgraded to 4.1.6.

Ok... so I have 4.1.6 on my BES (domino). And I have two users on 4.5. I see that Rich Content is enabled on my server and on the handhelds but they aren't viewing well on the handhelds. I keep getting:
