Question Unable to see the pictures I took on my Blackberry so I can transfer them.

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8310. My OS is 4.2.2.170.

I have a 4GB memory called and mass storage is enabled. The pictures have been saved to it and I know that the pathway is correct.

I have tried viewing my pictures through windows explorer and the blackberry does not come up. Although I know it is connected, because it shows up in the device manager.

I have also gone to computer management and checked if it is a drive letter issue. It is not. The blackberry does not show up there either.

I have also tried importing the pictures through Roxio manager and nothing shows up there also.

Please advise. I should not have to take my memory card out everytime I want to transfer my pictures to my computer.

Thank you for your help.
