Default upgrading to 4.5 OS crashed my new handset

Please Login to Remove!

Well got my new handset couple of hours ago, and it still won't turn on.. i have no idea what to do.. this is so annoying.... help!!! :(

just got the little hour glass constantly going away.. its a 8320

done this: What to do next if Jl Cmder will not connect and wipe - BlackBerryFAQ

and it still wont turn on... just the hour glass loading..... why is it taking this long???? is it ment to take for ever to come back on after installing new OS?


any ideas???

Yes, it can take forever on the hourglass to reboot the first time...

Sort of. Most of the time it's between 20-40 minutes, but I've had handsets go for 2+ hours before finishing.

If you're getting the hourglass, just let it go. You really only have to worry if it comes up with an error.
