Well got my new handset couple of hours ago, and it still won't turn on.. i have no idea what to do.. this is so annoying.... help!!! :(

Yes, it can take forever on the hourglass to reboot the first time...

Sort of. Most of the time it's between 20-40 minutes, but I've had handsets go for 2+ hours before finishing.

If you're getting the hourglass, just let it go. You really only have to worry if it comes up with an error.
