Here is a very newb issue, yet a very frustrating one.

I just purchased a 8320 Tmobile unlocked, running 4.2 (haven't updated yet). No matter what I try, I can't seem to figure out how the vibrate option works. I changed profiles and everything, but cannot seem to figure it out. Is there an option that may have turned this feature off??

Perhaps under your ring (Normal) profile under phone>edit you have vibrate or vibrate+tone on for out-of-holster ?

^ correct, you need to do into your profile, edit the settings and you can have it (near the top) to tone only, vib then tone, or vib only... make sense?

I've tried all of that. Nothing. No matter how I test it. Is here a way toreboot the system to give it a try? Or is it that it could simply be faulty in that department.
It's frustrating since its Tmobile and Im in Canada and cant RMA it
