So I'm hoping someone can help me out. I finally convinced the fiance to join the blackberry nation and her curve is driving me up the wall. I promised her a phone that would just work and the damn thing has given me nothing but trouble. First batch of problems were Tmo's, they didn't get things provisioned right and I was missing a crap load of service books etc. But now that is ironed out. Now my problem is that for some reason I can't view PDF files on the device. Docs To Go is working with DOC/XLS etc etc. Txt files open up fine with the built in file viewer, but pdf don't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the attachment viewing service. I thought maybe it was a problem with the PDF but it opens up fine on my 8100 running 4.5.0.69. I've tried searching for any reported bugs with 4.5.0.69 on the 8320 and haven't seen anything relating to PDF's. Anyone else having this trouble. Anyone else running 4.5.0.69 on Tmo Curve confirm that PDF's work as advertised.... Overall I love her phone and have thought about trying to steal it but so wont use the a Pearl and I'm holding out for the Javelin anyway... Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

So, you're saying she doesn't even get the option "open attachment" on a PDF?

Is the blackberry attachment service installed?

Yeah the attachment service is installed. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. And to Sanders, yes right now I have the pdf file saved in the phones memory, but when it first came in the email, there wasn't an open option, just a save option.
