Its likely their network. I've sent MMS to people on Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and Alltel. All but those on Alltel have received whatever I sent. For some reason, Alltel doesn't seem to cooperate when it comes to sending/recieving MMS to and from AT&T.
BTW, I'm on AT&T.
