Problem charging BB using wall adapter

I am having a problem charging my blackberry using my wall adapter, I can charge it using the usb charger with my computer, but for some reason the lightning bolt will show up for about 5 seconds, and then disappear. Anyone know what may be wrong, or how to fix this.

Welcome to the forum. Have you tried a different adapter? Also pull the battery out of the phone and place it back in to reboot and see if that fixes it.

When this is happening can you go to Options > Status and post the battery charge level?

I've tried using different batteries, different chargers, but this didn't work. I reboot, but that didn't work either. While it was plugged in I was able to go to status and see the charge level.
