I used to be able to click on my call log and see a list of who called and who I called, scroll to one on the list, and call, delete, or text them. Now, out of the blue, I get colored phone images in front of each log entry and no matter which one I select, it brings up only the top number to do anything with.

Any ideas what happened here and how I can get it back to the way it was?

Go into the phone app. Hit the menu key and select Options . Then select General Options. Scroll down to "Phone List View." Try the other options that are available there.

Unfortunately, none of those options changed anything.

Try a battery pull while phone is powered on.

Well, the battery pull while the phone was on didn't seem to work, at first. But I then went into the Phone Options/General Options and changed the Phone List View to Most Recent and everything is back to normal.
