I have no idea what just happened.

I have an 8320 and was running 4.5.0.81 and everything was great. I installed a couple apps via desktop manager and something wasn't right....it was backing up and re-installing everything. 20 minutes later I'm back to OS 4.2.2.180. I got an error that a few things didn't re-load properly (where can I find the error log?) My contacts are all gone from address book (but the names still show in call log). I'm ready to throw it out the window - any thoughts?

I do have a recent backup of my data.

I guess you never deleted the 4.2 off your pc when you upgraded, just remove it, install the 4.5 again and upgrade. it.

Uninstall os 4.2 from your computer via add remove programns and try again.
