Default Trying to send a Picture...NEED HELP!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I have upgraded from 4.2.... to 4.5.055 (2.7.0.68), I am trying to send an MMS message, I was able to before the upgrade. When I send it, it stays there in the list with a clock on it and never goes away. Does anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

Thanks,
Jeff

Have you tried sending a picture message to yourself? I had no problems sending pic messages once I upgraded, but when I first got my BB I had to do that for some reason. Whatever the reason it worked, so maybe try that?

Nope - that did not work either. I think that I will install the OS before this one and see if that works.

Thanks,
Jeff

Lower your image resolution and try it again.

Did that also and that did not help. I downgraded to the OS before this one and guess what, that took care of my problem. I sent myself an MMS and it worked. I guess there was something in the newest OS version for the 8300 that my phone did not like. Everything is working good now. I will wait for the next OS before trying it again.

Thanks for all your replies!
Jeff
