okay so i got this curve online, i had never used a blackberry device before so i thought id give it a try,

but i had a few issues,

when i activated the phone it was no problem, then when i went to use the browser it gave me an error msg saying i needed to contact verizon so i did so, i spent 70 mins and the whole time they where telling me to keep going to host routing table and nothing ever changed it always said [ * No Entires * ] so after the time spent on the phone the rep said sorry cant help, i didnt buy this phone directly through verizon. Im wondering if anyone knows what i should do. If you can help me at all my pin # is 31a96c69 or just text 3159417449


also i was wondering if i can send and recieve pictures some how?

From the host routing table have you selected "register now"?

As far as pictures, yes, you can send them as a mms or email.

At the host routing table make sure you click the menu key and register now. Also try pulling the battery with the BB powered on. Leave it off for a few mins. and put it back in.

i tried doing that but i never recieve the register msg

not brand new i bought it on ebay, i contacted the seller and they said they where unaware of the problem and i could send it back, but i want to go through all that id rather i just fixed the problem

Dial *22899 send. After that completes let it sit for about five minutes to see if the registration goes through.

not in my main menu, but if i press switch app i can go to it

i just did the register thing and it said complete and all so i went to my browser and the error msg isnt there its just a white screen that says blackberry now

Press the menu button, select go to, and try going to a website.
