Default DM 4.6 will not connect to device

Please Login to Remove!

Just DL'd DM 4.6 and it will not see my 8320. Any ideas. usb drivers seem to be fine.

Did you try rebooting both the PC and the BB?

rebooting the BB right now the pc was rebooted after install

just rebooted the phone and it still won't connect.

Have you installed the OS for your device? You shouldn't need to but it may help.

yea after dm install and reboot i installed the 4.5.0.81 release to get ready to install it onto my BB

Did you install with the Blackberry plugged in to the computer? The BB can't be plugged in. Also, don't use any kind of hub.

not using a hub but the BB may have been plugged in at the time of install. what do you reccomend if so.
