Default button to turn on/off bluetooth? - 09-04-2008, 05:37 PM

Hey all - I really want to find a way to turn on/off the bluetooth radio on the phone with a button press rather than navigating to the wireless radio button and then click it.

Any ideas?

How about using one of your convenience keys? Go to Options >Screen/Keyboard and change them there.

The convenience key can only go to the wireless signals page though right?

Is there a way to program in the ability to just turn on/off the bluetooth w/ a button press?

Thanks!

It looks like you can set it to Manage Connections or to "Setup Bluetooth." There isn't a Bluetooth On/Off option...sorry. I dont' think it's possible.

Yeah, a single press button to turn BT on/off would have been nice. :(

I had assigned my convenience key to Setup BT; but then remapped the key back to Camera since it required more than one button press to turn BT on/off anyway...

+1 on this. I would also like a single button Bluetooth Toggle.
