Default BB turns off by itself - 09-05-2008, 01:38 AM

I just got my BB curve today, and it seems to be great. Problem is, after using it for only a few minutes, it freezes and turns off by itself. I've read that its suppose to be a memory problem. Not too sure how to go about this problem. Can anyone give some suggestions?

one more question.. does the curve have a place for the sd card, cause i can't seem to find that either.

What OS is loaded on the device? Look in Options >About. It may need the OS updated or reloaded. Also any 3rd party applications can cause problems, too.

The SD card goes underneath the battery.
