Any one ever seen the error that reads when trying to start Blackberry Media Sync:

The Blackberry Media Sync installation failed to initialize. Please run the Blackberry Desktop Manager with administrative privileges and try again.

I have Vista and I try opening with admin rights but I never see the PIN on the DS and it just sits there and is not responsive.

Did you install these as Administrator? You may need to reinstall both by right clicking on the installer .exe's and selecting "Run As Administrator."

So your saying i need to install the desktop manager as administrator?
