help, blackberry curve dead
my blackberry curve has had problems with the screen freezing ever since i got it about a month ago. I was told that rogers would replace the product even though i purchased it off of an independant seller. Lastly rogers told me to get RIM to replace it and they also would not replace my product. What should I do? Thanks

Have you tried getting your money back or an exchange from where you DID buy it? Also, you should list exactly what's it's doing so others can offer you help in perhaps fixing it, if it is possible.

i purchased it off of just some random guy but it was new sealed and everything so theres no possibility of a return i dont think. And the problems are listed in another topic. Thanks
