Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew on what BIS version T-Mobile is on, and whether for that reason or simply because I'm not on 4.5 yet that I can't download ICQ 2 OTA from http://www.blackberry.com/icq I get a message saying that my device does not meet system requirements. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT:I'm on a BIS not a BES, I have an 8320, and I am running OS 4.2.2.180 and I refuse to update until it's official from my carrier (T-Mobile)

Not all carriers support using every IM. I'm not sure about ICQ on T-Mobile. Do you know any other T-Mobile BB users who have it?

OK, actually, T-Mobile has specific instructions for two *other* of their BB devices to install ICQ. Try these steps and see if you have the same bookmarks as in these steps:

To download and install an instant messaging client, perform the following steps:

1. At the main screen, press the Menukey.

2. Scroll to the Browser icon and press the trackball.

3. Press the Menukey.

4. Scroll to Bookmarks and press the trackball.

5. Scroll to Links and press the trackball.

6. Scroll to Install Instant Messaging and press the trackball.

7. Scroll to Download <IM Client> and press the trackball.

8. Scroll to Download and press the trackball.

9. Scroll to I accept and press the trackball.

10. Scroll to Next and press the trackball.

11. Select Download.

12. Select OK.
