Any carrier retail store or carrier website. You can then get it unlocked to use on your carrier if you are in a current contract.

If you are not in a current contract, look at Amazon also, very cheap with new contracts.

You can also check out eBay, there are a couple of BNIB (Brand New In Box) curves listed

I'd recommend a reputable dealer. That pretty much ensures a new, non-refurbed, device unless otherwise listed. You can also check out the For Sale section on this site and find a few, but much like eBay or any other auction/BST site, you can get a few bad apples.

$99 at AT&T after $100 mail in rebate, NIB --- + 2 year contract.
And, I too would stay away from ebay blackberries---having been burnt in the past.
