Hello All, New user here of the blackberry. Just got one on orange and unsure how to setup email using pop and smtp. I have no email options in the options menu. Hope someone could help.

There should be an icon on your home screen called "Personal Email Setup". Click on that and follow the instructions.

You will get that "Personal Email Setup" icon after your BB Data Plan has been provisioned to your account. Do you have that on your account from your carrier?
