its DISABLED. but every day if i look down at the bottom of the screen it will say "incorrect encryption key. xx blocked" where xx is a number. right now its 80 for example.

i dont even know where to begin with this one! anyone have a clue whats going on?

It sounds like your key between the BB and the BES are mismatched. You may need to regenerate a new one.

hhmm.... thought: i have an account on the bes, but for testing, am not enterprise activating this bb. since the bes knows my pin, maybe ITS trying to connect to me and im blocking it... sound possible?

Usually any IT policy locks the firewall so I'm not sure on this one.

yeah theres no policy as its not on the bes... and even though the firewall is disabled im still seeing this message. i initially thought it was because my pin is associated with a bes account even though im not enterprise activated, but i see other people on forums seeing the same message with pure bis connections
