Default 8310 keeps shutting off at random

Help: My 8310 has started to randomly turn off throughout the past week now and it only seems to be getting worse. I go to touch a button on my phone and its off or the red light used when recieving messages is solid but the phone is off. I normally have to take the battery out and put it back in to reset the phone. Any suggestions?

Check your File Free first... options > status.

What is there?

Has the device be exposed to water or moisture? Has it been dropped?

Several things cause this:

1. OS 4.5 has issues with the media card sometimes.
2. Check to make sure your sim card is properly inserted and locked.
3. Have you loaded any 3rd party themes or applications?
